Track riding requires the maximum of concentration on performance. This can be achieved only when the rider has a complete feeling of safety and comfort. The BETA suit was developed, in cooperation with professional riders, to deliver the wearer those required levels of PROTECTION and COMFORT. The designers have developed a completely new cut with an ideal proportion of flexible elements in the areas required to accommodate the inflation of an airbag system. The BETA look was designed for PSí by Jakub Paleček, of EXD Airbrush & Graphics, a specialist in one-piece race suits.

Arms: Sas-Tec® 3D internal protectors from viscoelastic foam, externally reinforced with the PSI® DEAS – Double Energy Absorption System
Elbows, knees, shins: Betac®3D internal protectors from viscoelastic foam, externally reinforced with the PSI® DEAS – Double Energy Absorption System
Cervical vertebrae : in the so called “hump” prepared ready for Hydropack.
Hips: Sas-Tec® EVOLUTION 3d protectors from viscoelastic foam.
Arms: reinforced with Viscofoam® memory foam.
Clavicle and Rib cage: reinforced with Viscofoam® memory foam.
Coccyx: reinforced with Viscofoam® memory foam.
Seat area: Kevlar reinforced, in the GP version.
Plastic reinforcement of stressed, vulnerable forearm seams.
Rubberised reinforcement on the inner leg to aid grip to the motorcycle.

Elasticated, flexible leather elements – arms, back, side allowing for ease of movement and accommodating airbag inflation.
Schoeller Keprotec® Kevlar stretch panels in sleeves, crotch and legs for maximum movement.
Comfortable collar from pleasant soft material, allowing for easy head turning on track.
Absorbent textile cuff for comfort with gloves.
Schoeller Keprotec® stretch Kevlar on the shins to minimise bunching of material inside the boots – KOMFORT leg design.
Hump prepared for additional hydration system – Hydroback
Perforated leather for ventilating sweat.

MATERIAL

1,2 – 1,4 mm thick, cow hide in High Solid finish from highly respected and long established Italian supplier.
Perforated, polyester lightweight lining.
